Senior Vice President Western Europe at LEGO Group

Today is a special day for me as I celebrate my 10th anniversary at The LEGO Group. Reflecting on these years, I feel incredibly privileged. I’ve always loved the LEGO brand; I grew up playing with bricks at my grandma's table, dreaming of becoming a professional builder (even if I didn’t quite have the skills!). What truly resonates with me are the values of our company. Having navigated various situations, I’ve come to realize that our values are not just words on a slide or nice phrases behind the reception desk. They serve as our north star, guiding us to act with integrity and purpose. I cherish the opportunity to work with and for children. Across diverse geographies, I've had the privilege of seeing how the work we do inspires them through our products, brings them joy, and helps them build skills that will last a lifetime. Above all, I am grateful for the incredible colleagues and talents I’ve met along the way. I feel immensely proud of all my teams. I’m attaching a couple of pictures, and you might find yourself in some of them! Check out my very first photo from the Nuremberg Toy Fair, where I looked like a teenager alongside Guido, Joanna, and Christian, all the way to my latest picture taken on the Champs-Élysées just a few days ago. Thank you to all my amazing colleagues, fantastic partners, and customers for this incredible journey! Let’s continue to inspire and develop children while enjoying each day together and having endless fun!
