Exciting news: our book Innovationship – Innovation Driven by Relational Capital is now available.   Too often we think of innovation as a matter of financial resources and technology. But today, these resources are accessible to many. What truly makes the difference is relational capital – the ability to build, nurture, and leverage human and professional connections.   Together with Benedetto Buono and Wim Vanhaverbeke, we explore how relationships can accelerate innovation and open innovation, create sustainable value, and help organizations thrive in uncertain times.   I am also grateful to Henry Chesbrough for his foreword, reminding us that open innovation only works when supported by real collaboration and trust.   I strongly believe that innovation is no longer just about technology; it is about people, dialogue, and ecosystems.
