Last year, 27 of our interns returned to Franklin Templeton. This time with a full-time job. They moved into roles across the US, Canada, the UK, Poland and India, in teams ranging from our Futures Program to Internal Sales to Investment Management. In the US and Canada alone, 12 made that jump, and seven returned for a second summer. This came up because a new class has just arrived. More than 200 interns joined us this summer across eight locations: the US, Canada, London, Edinburgh, Poland, India, Hong Kong and Singapore. They come from roughly 133 universities, and they bring the kind of energy that makes a place better just by walking in. For any student picturing what a career here could look like, last year's class is the answer. The summer is the beginning, not the whole story. Welcome to everyone joining us this year.
