This month marks 20 years of our employee volunteer program. It began in June 2006 with a simple belief: when employees show up for their communities, it can make a difference. Back then, it was a handful of people giving a few hours where they were needed. Two decades later, it has become part of how we work and who we are. Today, it’s reflected in the programs and moments of impact- everything from fostering financial literacy and supporting native woodland restoration to removing plastic waste from reservoirs, spending time with elderly community members, and supporting local shelters and food banks. We want to thank everyone who has given their time and the communities that have welcomed us.
