Safety is more than a priority – it’s a mindset we live every day 💙 Recently, our colleagues at Franke Home Solutions in Durban, South Africa, came together for a Safety Week – highlighting a holistic view of safety, where well-being and safety go hand in hand. The Safety Week consisted of: ⚠️ Safety trainings on cutting risks, risk assessment, ergonomics, and slips & trips 🧘‍♂️ Expert-led sessions on stress management and substance abuse 💪 A gym partner visit offering fitness and healthy lifestyle tips 🩺 On-site medical checkups 🗣️ A wrap-up event to reflect, share learnings, and strengthen our community What made this week truly special was the collective commitment to taking care of one another – reinforcing that safety goes beyond the workplace. 📢✨ A big thank you to everyone involved in organizing and participating in this meaningful initiative.
