Business partnering is a mindset we choose to build every day. Two days offsite with our HR leadership team and our sustainability colleagues to step back, connect and work side by side. In times of transformation, care ensures sustainable performance and highlights who we choose to be along the journey. Over these two days we took the time to reflect on what care trully means for Hager in action - in our leadership, in our collaboration, and in the way we support the business.
