I am very happy with our most recent publication in Annals of Operations Research. This publication was co-authored with Benjamín Pérez Olivares, Dr. Orlando Gahona-Flores and Izabela Rampasso. This paper presents a novel model for supplier selection that integrates AHP and Goal Programming. The proposed model ranks potential suppliers based on their performance, considering a multi-criteria decision-making scheme. This proposed tool is able to integrate other decisions regarding supply chain network design, supporting more complex decision-making processes.
