Doing a full service independently at Scania West Africa reminded me that technical skill is only part of the job. It comes with pressure, time constraints, safety hazards, and real responsibility. Some days are exhausting, some moments test your focus but every challenge builds confidence. Early mornings, long hours, late nights, hazards you must stay alert to… this experience sharpens my discipline, safety mindset, and confidence as a developing Engineer. Growth isn’t always comfortable but it’s always worth it.
