Thinkingabout global mobility, we often think just about visas, permits, and relocation support. Have you ever wondered what goes on behind the scenes? Supporting international talent is rarely the work of a single person or function. It really takes all the different parts of HR working together, like recruitment, contracts, payroll, global mobility and immigration specialists, along with teams like legal, hiring managers, and many others... Each team sees a different piece of the puzzle: Contract start dates, policy requirements. budget constraints, compliance obligations, immigration law. For the candidate, however, there is only one experience. They don't see the internal processes, discussions, or handovers. They simply experience whether the journey feels clear, coordinated, and well managed. This is why internal communication matters so much. Not just to share information, but to create alignment. Because the better we communicate with each other, the better we can support the people who are navigating a move to a new country, a new workplace, and often a completely new chapter of their lives. The truth is that global mobility is not only a process, it is also a team effort. Do you agree? Do you also think that strong internal communication, not just with the candidate, is the real key to a successful immigration case? #GlobalMobility #HR #InternationalTalent #EmployeeExperience #CrossFunctionalCollaboration #Immigration #InternationalResearchers
