Role Title: Industry Relations Officer Purpose: Build strategic employer partnerships to secure mutually beneficial high-quality internships, live projects, and full-time offers; strengthen institute brand with recruiters; align outcomes to NAAC/NBA/T&P goals. Key Responsibilities  1. Acquire & manage employers (MoUs, annual hiring plans). 2. Orchestrate internship & placement drives end-to-end (calendar, slotting, assessments, interviews, offers, joining). 3. Run industry engagement (talks, hackathons, plant visits) & alumni referral programs. 4. Student readiness (aptitude, GD-PI, resume/LinkedIn, role-wise prep tracks). 5. Data & compliance Must-Have Profile: MBA (HR/Marketing/Ops) or B.E./B.Tech + MBA or Degree in Corporate Communications; Campus hiring/corporate relations; strong network; excellent negotiation & communication; data-driven operations; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, PPT, LinkedIn.
