In 2025, FPT’s IT services business continued to deepening role in large-scale projects, expanding higher-value work, and strengthening our position across strategic markets. The year also marked a strategic turning point as FPT advanced into an AI-First Company, with AI positioned as the core foundation across services, processes, and engineers. From software development to project delivery, AI is now embedded end to end, supported by the launch of FleziPT as the platform behind this strategy, driving an 8.2% productivity increase and a stronger foundation for long-term, sustainable growth. Into the next phase, we are moving AI from a layer of support to a deeper operating model, centered on three strategic pillars to accelerate sustainable growth: transforming the entire engineering workforce into AI-augmented engineers, partnering with hyperscalers to develop and commercialize industry-specific AI solutions at a hundred-million-dollar scale, and shifting the service portfolio to AI-First, with the ambition for AI to be embedded in every service and AI-First revenue to account for approximately one-third of total revenue. Together, these pillars position AI as the foundation for deeper strategic partnerships, greater client value, and a stronger growth model in a more volatile and demanding landscape.
