Recently, our Women@Foxtons female leaders attended a fantastic evening, in partnership with Debate Mate, where they witnessed how powerful communication can elevate impact and influence. With support from members of our Next Generation of Leadership Programme and Debate Mate students, our network watched a live debate unfold on whether the best results come from competition or collaboration, a particularly relevant topic in the estate agency world. The evening ended with networking and delicious Lebanese food from a local business, creating the perfect opportunity to continue the discussion and make new connections from across the business.
