We’re often asked about the capacity of our systems. There is a factual answer, but in practice, our business development team is careful about giving it without full context. Why? Because datasheet limits describe a product, not a system. Take a common question: What’s the maximum solids size we can handle? For our DualFlow, the specified limit is Ø8 mm to avoid solids getting stuck. On paper, that may seem restrictive, but in reality, we design around it. If a feasibility study identifies larger solids, we simply install a rock catcher or strainer upstream of the DualFlow. The limitation disappears, and the system continues to perform as intended, managing solids effectively at the well. That’s the difference between selling a product and delivering a solution built to solve the customer’s challenge.
