🌟 Teamspirit Meets Strategy: FIBAA’s Milestone Teambuilding Event 🌟 On 9–10 July 2025, FIBAA held a very special Teambuilding event — not only to connect, reflect, and enjoy time together, but also to shape the future of our organisation. This event marked a true milestone for us: Together, we reviewed and discussed FIBAA’s mission and vision and defined key next steps to bring them to life — with focus, clarity, and a shared spirit. 🗓 Day 1 – “Everyday Work, Fun & Games in the Team!” We kicked off with our internal Team Jour Fixe, featuring a mid-year update from all divisions, followed by a joint lunch at our office. In the afternoon, a surprise activity awaited us: an adventurous experience at BASH ROOMS Cologne! Huge thanks to Mario and Fabio for the excellent organization and fun atmosphere. The day concluded with a cheerful team dinner and quiz night! 🗓 Day 2 – “Mission & Vision: Exploring and Shaping Our Identity” We dedicated the second day to exploring and defining our shared direction. Under the motto: “An exploratory journey to shape our corporate identity together,” we worked collaboratively on refining FIBAA’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values. In her opening words, Freiberger Diane (Managing Director) emphasized: “Our goal today is to define FIBAA’s guiding principles and put our shared purpose into words.” With expert guidance from our moderator and "journey guide" Manfred Brandstätter, we were able to bring our ideas together, align our perspectives, and take a meaningful step into the future of FIBAA. 🙏 Our heartfelt thanks to the event’s organizing team: - Claudia Heller - Nadja Fehse - Jubin Hadadi 🌿 A special thank you to Michael Stephan, who hosted us in his beautiful garden in Wesseling at the evening before the event.
