In this context, the leadership and dedication of professionals such as María Palau, Brad Turner, Cristina Vélez, Cynthia Ávila, and all site managers play a key role in driving a strong safety culture across the organization, leading key initiatives while ensuring the protection and wellbeing of all employees. FRV’s Occupational Health and Safety Management System, structured in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 and fully aligned with FRV’s Sustainability Master Plan 2023–2026, reflects the company’s firm commitment to reducing occupational accidents, preventing risks, and establishing safe working conditions. While this certification is not mandatory in the sector, its implementation demonstrates FRV’s proactive approach to meeting high standards and continuously improving how we prevent risks and protect our teams.
