It’s one thing to talk about sustainability. It’s another to see it in action. This Earth Day, we partnered with Keep Victoria Beautiful at Texas A&M–Victoria to bring the community together for hands-on learning—from pollinators and wetlands to reforestation. Nearly 200 people joined, many leaving with native plants and a new perspective on how small actions can make a difference. Thanks to AERC scientist Curtis Short for sharing his insights and helping bring these topics to life.
