Forge Nano and Samsung SDI are partnering to bring advanced battery cell manufacturing to the United States. Today we're proud to announce a landmark strategic partnership with Samsung SDI to establish U.S. production of Samsung SDI-designed advanced battery cells at Forge Nano's planned North Carolina Gigafactory. Under the agreement, Samsung SDI will purchase production from the facility, creating a long-term manufacturing relationship that combines Samsung SDI's cell technology with Forge Nano's domestic manufacturing platform. In the near term, Forge Nano is also serving as a distributor of Samsung SDI battery cells, helping customers access proven, high-performance cell technology while we prepare for domestic manufacturing. Together, these efforts support a more resilient U.S. battery supply chain and provide customers with a clear path from today's supply to future U.S.-manufactured production. Manufacturing at our planned North Carolina facility is expected to begin in 2028, further strengthening domestic battery manufacturing capabilities and expanding U.S. production capacity.
