🌱 More electric deliveries in Sweden: two-stroke mopeds are being phased out in Stockholm, Uppsala and Örebro. Together with our riders in Stockholm, we recently celebrated a major milestone in foodora Sweden's e-transition. It was the perfect moment to mark how far we've come and launch our brand-new rider benefits programme, covering vehicles, health, and education, alongside a new partner portal designed just for our riders. As we move forward with our electric transition, here's where we stand today: 👉 Over 95% of moped deliveries run on modern four-stroke engines or e-mopeds 👉 E-mopeds make up 35–40% of bike and moped deliveries, and through our partnership with GoCimo they're on track to pass 50% later this year 👉 237 e-mopeds and 236 electric cars across 30+ cities, plus the three-wheel electric EVIG pilot in Stockholm 👉 foodora covers 100% of the vehicle cost, so going electric is open to every rider, not just those who can afford it A huge thank you to our amazing community of riders for driving this transition forward with us! 🩷 👉 🎥 Watch highlights from our rider celebration and the benefits programme launch #foodora #foodoraSweden #Sustainability #Emobility
