We made it on TV “down under”! 📺🙌 7NEWS Australia Thanks to Nicholas Chartres, PhD, MHumNutr for highlighting our research and resources! The scientific evidence supports what Dr. Chartres explains: 👉 Chemicals in food packaging migrate into the food we eat, especially when heated up. 👉 A lot of those chemicals are known to be hazardous to human health, such as endocrine disrupting chemicals. 👉 There is a lack in transparency in what chemicals are in the packaging consumers buy. 👉 Chemicals are being tested and assessed for safety one at a time. But in reality we are exposed to a cocktail of different chemicals all at the same time. Mixture effects of these chemicals on our health are still largely not considered in today’s safety regulations.
