Earlier this month, Steve Dutton celebrated his 28th work anniversary with Food Banks Mississauga! Steve joined our team as a truck driver in 1998 when our organization – then called Foodpath – was only 12 years old! Steve has been with us through a LOT over the last 28 years! He’s been here through three warehouse moves and two organizational rebrands. He has seen our team grow from four staff to almost 40. And he’s been delivering food across Mississauga as the need for food support climbed, from when we and our network served less than 4,500 neighbours to now, serving 49,000. Steve is the perfect example of someone who works quietly and humbly behind-the-scenes, while forging a legacy of community impact that has benefited countless neighbours here in Mississauga. We are so grateful for you, Steve! Congrats on 28 years! 🎉👏
