We recently celebrated the graduation of the inaugural Emerging Leaders Advocacy Council (ELAC), a pilot program designed to empower the next generation of food justice advocates. 🎓 Over the past year, students from colleges across New York City gained hands-on experience in food policy, civic engagement, and community organizing while leading advocacy efforts on their campuses and in their communities.
