What advice would you give your younger self? That’s a question our panellists reflected on while speaking to students from the University of Auckland He Ira Wāhine Women’s Mentoring Programme as part of our ‘Women of Fonterra’ event. More than 40 students studying Science, Business and Law heard from a panel of women working in roles across the Co-op, who shared their career journeys, experiences and perspectives on growth and opportunity. A big thank you to the students for attending and bringing such thoughtful questions, and to our panellists Paige Wilkinson, Nazanin (Naz) Rafati, Sheree Jaggard, Lauren Gent and Ravnit Singh, along with our host University of Auckland’s Kylie C.
