This April I had the privelege of visiting the Rijksmuseum as part of the UU Leadership Honors program's Leadership in Action project. My group had the opportunity to sit down with the museum director Taco Dibbits, as well as the department heads to discuss strategy implementation, share observations, and offers feedback on real institutional challenges. This experience left me with a deeper appreciation for what thoughtful, mission-driven leadership looks like in practice and I look forward to applying these new insights in future functions and presenting the result during the final event on the 28th of May where all groups will present their findings and experiences at the different partners. I am thankful for the UU Leadership program for making experiences like this possible!
