🚀 From Ore to Advanced Dual-Use Materials Focus Graphite Inc. continues to advance its Lac Knife project with momentum. Our 8-tonne pilot-scale metallurgical program at SGS Lakefield is progressing on schedule and on budget — with early results reinforcing the strength of the deposit: • Average Ore grade reported: ~18% Cg • Concentrate grades: up to 95% Cg • Strong recovery confirmed at bench scale The pilot plant is now fully assembled and entering commissioning — a critical step toward production-representative results. 🔬 What comes next is where this gets interesting: ~750 kg of high-purity graphite concentrate will be produced and upgraded across the full value chain, including: • Sized flake concentrates (+50# / +80# / +100# / +140# / -140#) at >95% Cg • Purified graphite concentrates from 99% to 99.95% Cg across grain size fractions • Purified, micronized graphite powders • Expandable and expanded coarse flake graphites • Spheronized Purified Graphite (SPG) and coated SPG (cSPG) — the critical anode material for #lithium-ion batteries Priority samples are already being prepared for the final design of our demonstration-scale Electrothermal Fluidized Bed (EFB) purification reactor, with shipments expected in early May. From there, commercial samples will be deployed across multiple sectors: ⚡ EV batteries & energy storage 🛩️ Aerospace & defense 💻 Electronics 🏭 Industrial applications ☢️ Nuclear One deposit. Multiple high-value pathways.
