Three years ago, Carve was me, a laptop and a crazy hypothesis that AI would raise the ceiling on the assistant role. Today we've trained thousands of EAs, our NPS is consistently +100 and our corporate clients include the likes of Google, LinkedIn, Docusign and Skyscanner. We've doubled in size every year since launch. But even more rewarding is the huge number of clients who've told us Carve has changed how they show up for their execs + how they're seen at work 💜 Excited to say we're now hiring for one of our first full-time roles: an Events & Community Manager. Our events calendar is only getting busier (think several webinars a month, plus everything around our flagship cohorts), our course ops need someone who takes pride in a seamless learner experience, and our community needs someone to make it feel warm + welcoming. This person will work directly with me and will have a hand in absolutely everything. We don't have a handbook waiting.. it will for sure be scrappy and chaotic at times. But I can also guarantee it will be incredibly rewarding work helping our clients (some of the greatest people on earth) grow + carve out their career progression.
