The piece reflects on the journey of implementing Integrated Neighbourhoods (INs) since the Fuller Report, exploring the progress, challenges, and valuable lessons learned along the way. As a GP currently on a public health rotation, this work has been an opportunity to witness how healthcare, social care, and community organizations can come together to address local needs and the many challenges of collaborating with an already overwhelmed workforce!
