Since joining FMC in 2018, Alison has established herself as a key scientific leader within the R&D Global Discovery Chemistry Organization. Now serving in Lead Optimization within Pre-Development, she leads multiple herbicide programs across FMC’s pipeline, driving innovation and advancing high-impact solutions for growers. Her work has been instrumental in shaping and accelerating our pipeline, contributing to five patent applications to date.
