Over the past days, Berlin Airport has been facing a severe IT outage, putting enormous pressure on all airlines and ground handlers. Yet, the AAS team has shown once again what true dedication looks like: reducing disruptions and making sure every passenger can still start into their well-deserved vacation. Tonight, together with Javier Alejandro Steingassner and Christopher Mettbach, I joined our loading crews — forming a loading group ourselves. It was a strong reminder of the outstanding work our colleagues deliver every single day. A big thank you to our AAS team in Berlin, to the support from AAS stations VIE, HAM, and DUS, and to our customers and partners for their close cooperation. In times like these, true teamwork makes the difference. 💪✈️
