From creativity workshops to sports days and site visits, our teams continue to make a difference in the communities where we operate. 🌍💙 This past month, FM Foundation initiatives brought employees and local youth together across the globe to learn, grow, and connect: 🎨 Our teams in FM Logistic Ibérica and FM Logistic Brasil celebrated the power of creativity as a driver of learning and empowerment. In Spain, a passionate employee shared her baking expertise during a themed workshop for local teenagers, while in Brazil, our teams partnered with Instituto Santa Fé to inspire young people through discussions on future skills and hands-on sustainability activities. Different approaches, one shared objective: helping the next generation develop their potential. 🏅 In India, employees from our Bangalore platform joined young people from Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y) for a day of sports and team-building. Through friendly competitions and shared challenges, they promoted confidence, resilience, and the value of teamwork. FM Logistic India 🚚 In France, our Fontenay teams welcomed high school students from Montreuil, in partnership with Proxité. Through a platform visit and employee testimonials, students gained a better understanding of the logistics sector and the career opportunities it offers. These initiatives reflect what makes FM Foundation strong: employees who dedicate their time, skills, and enthusiasm to creating meaningful opportunities for young people.
