Fresh energy and concrete plans – this is how we can sum up two days of continuous improvement workshops dedicated to designing future actions with our long-term business partner, Polpharma. As we do every year, we met together to turn daily operational observations into tangible improvements. Although we have been collaborating in warehousing, handling, and transport for a decade, we continue to prove that there is no room for routine in pharmaceutical logistics. This time, our focus was on merging even higher transport and warehousing efficiency with sustainability requirements. As a result, we have developed a series of enhancements and actions that will positively impact business growth and efficiency – from paperless solutions to corporate social responsibility initiatives. A long-term plan and a well-defined strategy allow us to take a broader, more comprehensive look at our cooperation and the growth of both Polpharma and FM Logistic as strategic business partners. While our annual workshops focus on the business aspects of our partnership, they are also an incredibly valuable time for our relationship.
