Meet Katy Marshall, Senior Vice President, Project Director. With over thirty years of experience in engineering and construction for international and domestic industrial and government projects, Katy previously served as project manager for Fluor’s contract operating the U.S. Department of Energy’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Today, she is overseeing the engineering and design of the multi-billion-dollar expansion of Centrus Energy’s American Centrifuge Plant, a key investment in the United States’ critical nuclear infrastructure.
