At the recent 2026 EXIM Annual Conference in Washington, D.C., the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM) and EnergoNuclear S.A. signed a $57M Credit Agreement to support U.S. engineering services for Units 3 and 4 of the Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant in Romania.  Fluor is proud to lead the EPCM consortium advancing the development and completion of this flagship project.
