Tengizchevroil’s Future Growth Project at the Tengiz oil field in Kazakhstan was a landmark expansion of critical energy infrastructure, increasing oil production by approximately 12 million tons per year. Beyond securing Tengiz’s role as a cornerstone of the country’s energy sector, the project also made lasting contributions to Kazakhstan’s social and economic landscape, with about 90,000 jobs created at peak construction and several craft training centers and education programs established.
