Last week our US team completed a retrofit install for Repsol at the Kinteroni Project in Peru, replacing a legacy flare measurement system while adapting our solution to fit the same small site footprint. The limited space ended up being the driving constraint shaping the whole solution. We built a custom shorter spool in a 45-degree configuration, relocating the pressure and temperature connections to the process piping, fitting modern ultrasonic measurement onto a 16", 10–90 MMSCFD line without changing the site layout. Our service engineers Clarence D. Woods and Anthony Dinh facilitated the on-site commissioning and technical handover, working alongside the Repsol team throughout. The project included a full quality documentation package, hydrostatic test reports and 100% radiography, and we've continued supporting Repsol with technical clarifications since handover. Not every site fits a standard configuration. The engineering required to make a solution fit anyway is where we think the real value is. #FlareGasMeasurement #OilAndGas #Engineering #LatinAmerica
