At a Florida Tech career fair, Dwayne “Codgi” Codrington ’04 walked up to the Microsoft booth and told recruiters, “You’re going to hire me.” That bold introduction earned him an interview and ultimately a full-time role at Microsoft, where he spent the next decade.
