After 11 years, I am moving on from tado°. I grew with the company from a startup to a scaleup. Thank you, Johannes Schwarz, for the deep trust you placed in me throughout this time. This allowed me to bring my ideas to life, learn from the outcomes, and leave my mark by shaping the development processes and building an outstanding engineering team. And together, we scaled the IoT cloud backend from a few thousand to millions of connected thermostats. It’s been a truly great journey and I am very grateful for all the experiences, joy, and lessons learned. And most of all, for the deeply passionate, knowledgeable, and kind people I met along the way.
