Recently I had a discussion with the NWO magazine about a topic that is very close to my heart. We talked about why openness about failure is exactly what moves science forward. In the lab, we often spend a lot of time and public money on things that simply do not work, yet we rarely share those results. I strongly believe that if we want to build a truly transparent Open Science culture, we need to start celebrating the lessons learned from trial and error. Thank you to Jasper Enklaar for reaching out and for highlighting the importance of talking about failure! You can read the full article here: https://lnkd.in/eCYS8geR
