Congratulations to the 78 South Australian public sector leaders who have completed the inaugural Next Execs Leadership Program with Flinders University, including 43 who also completed the 100% online Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Leadership 👏 Delivered in partnership with the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, the program brings together public sector leaders and leading academics from across Australia in a dynamic blend of online and intensive learning. Throughout the program, participants built strong cross-agency networks, strengthened their confidence to lead authentically, and explored new approaches to innovation, collaboration and public value in a rapidly transforming digital environment.
