What a year! From #Nairobi to #Berlin …and then back to my alma mater in #Heidelberg. I’ve now settled in here, enjoying academic life—and expanding/#decolonising the canon by teaching #Asian & #African political theory (thnx to a vibrant group of students!). In between a brief stopover in #Vancouver (🙏🏾American Political Science Association for funding this) to present the freshly published “The Sciences of the Democracies”. I’m (as usual) somewhat Xmas grinchy but now equipped with a new apartment, warm blankets (still not used to Global North winter) & exciting new reading material—thanks a mill to everyone encouraging and supporting me throughout this crazy journey!
