Four weeks, four countries, one shared experience: our dual students got to experience Flender from a truly global perspective 🌍 Belgium, the UK, Spain, and Serbia were on the agenda - with fresh insights into finance, marketing, sales, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing. Whether in the Brussels office with a view over the city, in the technical environment in Leeds, at the sales hub in Madrid, or at the production site in Subotica: everywhere they were met with exciting tasks, new perspectives, and a warm welcome from the teams. The seven students report on: fresh expertise from a variety of business areas; valuable contacts within our global network; experiences that have made a lasting impact on them, personally and professionally. Customer visits, factory tours, international collaboration across locations, and shared leisure activities with local colleagues: their time abroad went far beyond the typical daily routine of an internship. ✈️ Their conclusion is consistently positive: the openness of the people, the close collaboration across borders, and the trust placed in them to take on responsibility have strengthened them in a lasting way. 💪 A big thank you to all colleagues at our international locations for welcoming our dual students so warmly and making this unique experience possible.
