Some advice only reveals its value with time. Over a decade ago, I spoke with Dr. Phillip Frost, a visionary dermatologist and entrepreneur in Miami. He suggested the city would one day become a hub for healthcare and innovation – and encouraged me to consider establishing a business presence there. At that moment, the timing wasn’t right – but the conversation stayed with me. Fast forward to today, with Galderma's recent opening of its U.S. headquarters in Miami. His advice proved not only right, but enduring. For me, it’s a reminder that leadership is not only about decisive action – it’s also about staying open to wisdom, even when you cannot act immediately.
