China can´t, China won´t, We won´t let them, How could they? Foul! About 15 years of the same song.  Wil E. Coyote and the Road Runner. Boring. And yet, The West seems to know no other song.  Our last Piece, "Oops!, China does it again... " reviewed the song sung on Pharma. It was well received, yet begged the question ... how did the song got started?  The following article traces the origins to both the 5G debacle, and the Space Station. In both cases - in spite of rather clear statements in several 5-year plans - the West chose to remain oblivious, then panicked ... then did its Coyote best to get China to just stop ...
