Good Bye #philipmorris !! Together with my mother we have cumulated almost 60 years of service at PMI, this is what we can call Family Loyalty! Now it is time for both of us to move on: My mother happily retired after ~40 years in the company and I have decided to move to my next chapter in life after almost ~18 years in the company.   I want to deeply thank #philipmorris for all the opportunities along those years and a big kudos to all my colleagues who made this journey unforgettable and who became close friends over the years. I cannot list them all here as this post would be endless :)   Now, looking back at those amazing years, I want to thank my management for pushing and helping me to continuously upskill myself. I was privileged to work in many different departments, under various leadership styles, for various strategic projects, and in various countries spanning over 3 continents where I discovered amazing new cultures. The journey has not always been an easy ride but, funny enough, it is always in difficult times and when I was outside of my comfort zone that I have ultimately: ·       Created the most memorable souvenirs; ·       Built the strongest friendships; ·       Learnt and developed the most; ·       Performed the better; ·       Had my efforts recognized; ·       Opened my eyes to diversity and the beauties of new cultures.    So my advice here is that whenever you get an opportunity to move out of your comfort zone, don’t be afraid and go for it as many amazing things are waiting for you if you dare taking the leap. This is exactly what I am doing right now, and I am so excited about it.   OK, time for me to say goodbye to all my amazing colleagues. We stay in touch and, who knows, our paths might cross again in the future!   Finally, good luck #philipmorris and Jacek Olczak for your ambitious #transformation agenda and for your journey toward a #smokefree future!   Cheers!
