Flagstaff Partners is pleased to have acted as sole financial adviser to Chow Tai Fook Enterprises (CTFE) and Far East Consortium International Ltd/HK (FEC) on the restructuring of their investment in Destination Brisbane Consortium including the associated refinancing of DBC’s debt facilities totalling ~$1.3bn. This highly complex M&A transaction, which included an asset swap and renegotiation of the operator agreement with The Star Entertainment Group, was led by William Ullmer and Sidharth Varadarajan of Flagstaff Partners.
