You do not need 90 minutes in the gym. You need 20 minutes of high intensity work. Here's why: Intensity > Duration. A 20 minute workout with purpose beats an hour of half effort sets, phone scrolling and chatting between machines. What a real 20 minute session looks like : → 5 minute dynamic warm up → 12 minutes of compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, presses) → 3 minute finisher (burpees, sprints, carries) No rest longer than 60 seconds. No distractions. Full focus. You will be gassed. You will be stronger. And you will be done in time to get on with your day. Stop hiding behind "I don't have time for the gym."
