David Jackson is retiring. After 28 years, David is stepping back from the career he's given so much of himself to – and we wanted to take a moment to mark what that means. David was one of our original principals. He helped shape who we are, not just as a business, but in the way we show up for the people we work with. The kind of adviser who remembered the details that mattered. A professional who made sure that financial conversations never felt transactional, every interaction was a chat with someone who genuinely cared about what was important and what happened next. His clients didn't just trust him with their finances. They trusted him with their goals, their worries, the big life decisions that kept them up at night. For those of us who've worked alongside him, David set a standard. Calm under pressure. Generous with his time. Always willing to sit with a younger adviser and talk through something tricky, without making you feel like you should have known the answer already. Twenty-eight years is a long time to do anything. To spend that long helping people feel more confident about their financial future – that's a legacy worth celebrating. David, from all of us: thank you. For the trust you built, the people you looked after, and the example you set. We're better for having worked with you. You spent 28 years helping other people plan for their retirement. Now it's finally your turn – make it a good one.
