We were honored to welcome Tom Michaud, President and CEO of Keefe, Bruyette, & Woods, and Horst Schulze, renowned hospitality leader and co‑founder of The Ritz‑Carlton Hotel Company, to our 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting this morning. Congratulations to Mr. Schulze on receiving the Walter Johnson Award, presented this year for only the 12th time in the award’s extensive history. This distinct and rare honor recognizes a lifetime of leadership, service excellence, and enduring influence. We are deeply grateful for Horst’s continued impact on the First Financial brand and culture.
