The First Financial Bank family is deeply saddened by the passing of Russell Phillips on Saturday, May 23rd. Russell dedicated 15 years of service to the Bank, beginning his career as a Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager. Through his exceptional leadership and commitment, he was promoted over the years to Executive Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, and Manager of the Waxahachie branch. He built a distinguished career marked by excellence and integrity, and was admired and respected by his customers, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him.
