🚀 We just wrapped up PI Planning at one of our key clients' sites. Here's what those two days actually looked like: 🟡 The Big Picture - Product Management kicked things off by sharing the vision and prioritizing top Features to make sure we're building exactly what clients need next. 🟡 Team Breakouts & Capacity - We dove straight into the backlog, broke down big features into digestible User Stories, and mapped out realistic sprint capacity. Keeping the workload healthy matters. 🟡 The Dependency Puzzle - Hours spent connecting the dots, aligning with global and local teams to resolve cross-team dependencies before they turn into blockers. 🟡 ROAMing Risks - No sweeping problems under the rug. Every risk called out, categorized, and addressed. 🟡 Confidence Vote - Not "is the plan good?" but "do you actually believe in it?"
