FireFly Metals (ASX | TSX: FFM) is pleased to advise that it has completed the sale of the Ontario gold assets with Bellavista Resources (ASX: BVR). FireFly shareholders are expected to receive one Bellavista share for every 12.8 FireFly shares held through the in-specie distribution of the Bellavista shares issued to FireFly at completion.
